Alamo Sierra Club (local branch of the Sierra Club) holds outings for outdoor activities: hiking, camping, bicycling, backpacking, kayaking, etc.

The Texas Outdoors Woman Network (TOWN) is a networking organization to enable outdoor-oriented women to meet other women in their local area who have similar interests.
